Throughout the Philanthropy project that my team and I were working on we decided to divide the work in order to finish. Since there is three of us, we decided to divide each MSP Worksheet into thirds in order to have an equal amount for each team member. At first, we didn't have the best teamwork because some of us weren't contributing as much work as others, which caused tension between us. When seeing that other teams were on the verge of finishing, we decided to pick up the pace. That helped us work better as a team.
I am very excited for the check distribution next week. Handing that check to the non-profit we decided to donate to will be very rewarding for my team and I.
